Well if you're reading this then obviously your into Forums software or are in need of help with forum software. I started this page because when I recently started a website for a small at home business me and my wife were starting I had the hardest time trying to find all the right templates and software that I'd needed to get my web site working. Everything from the web site template to the online payments and eventual the Customer Support aspects.

Let me say that it wasn't that easy. Especially for someone like me who didn't grow up in much of the computer age. I didn't have a cell phone or a Gameboy when I was 6 years old.

So after fumbling around with MySQL and FreePHP and a host of other software programs, trying to get a basic forum and support center on my web site I had almost given up and look to hire someone.

I was at lunch with a friend the next day and, as I somewhat tend to do, was venting some of my frustration with my web site. My friend then started explaining some of the problems he had experienced when he was building something similar and said that he had gotten his forum and a lot of other components up and running on his web site in less than 15 minutes.

Naturally I was intrigued. After picking his brain for a minute he told me that he knew of a startup company that just came out with a new software program called SupportMaster. He said that he had been in on the Beta of it and that it was one of the fastest and easiest Free Forum Software solutions out there. Not to mention that it had 5 other components for supporting direct communication to your customers.

Well I rushed home and loaded up the site and after a very brief tutorial I had 6 support components running directly on my web site. The best part of it all is it was free!!

Once I gotten this done I had to see how these people did this. I called their main support number and was promptly sent to the support queue and greeted by and well spoken human being.

I gave the gentleman on the phone a rundown of what had just gone on and told him how surprised I was. He replied that they were in the same boat as I was at one point so they decided to create a solution. They figured that if they had the problem like I did, that a solution needed to be found. After speaking with the man a while he explained several of the features and even help me set some of the settings. He then showed me how it could be customized to match the layout and colors of my site and how it could even increase my search engine and page ranking.

In summery it was to this day one of the best experiences I've had trying to get a business running on the internet. Finally someone made it easy for us little guys.

Thanks again SupportMaster! You have a customer for life!!!
